Our promise
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. This policy applies to Bigtop subscription payments made to Bigtop.
How to request a refund
In a production account, use the account billing or support process and identify the payment you want refunded. The static demo has no live billing system and cannot initiate a real refund. A production deployment should publish the active support channel in its company settings.
What counts as a payment
A payment is a completed charge for a Bigtop subscription. A 14-day trial is not a payment: no credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. Promotional pricing may reduce a first-month amount; the 30-day window is measured from the relevant Bigtop payment.
Ticket proceeds
Bigtop does not handle or hold ticket proceeds. When a qualifying plan lets an organizer publish paid ticket pages, the organizer connects its own Stripe account. Refunds of ticket purchases are managed under the organizer’s ticket terms and payment-provider relationship, not this Bigtop subscription refund policy.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. A refund request does not automatically cancel future renewal; cancellation should be completed in account settings where available.
Processing time
After approval, Bigtop returns an eligible subscription payment to the original payment method. Financial institutions can take 5-7 business days after the refund is issued. Timing can vary by bank or card provider.
No hidden shipping
Bigtop is a digital service. There is no physical shipment, shipping fee, inventory, or delivery address collected at checkout. Activation is delivered by email, typically within five minutes in the intended production workflow.
