Agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of Bigtop’s event-hosting service. By using the service, an organizer agrees to use it lawfully, keep account information accurate, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Bigtop may update these terms as the service changes, with notice where required.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Bigtop plans are monthly subscriptions. The price shown at checkout is the monthly subscription price unless a promotion says otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. The 14-day trial is free: no credit card is required and nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial, the selected paid plan begins according to the signup terms.
Events and paid ticket pages
Where a plan includes paid ticket pages, the organizer connects its own Stripe account. Bigtop does not handle or hold ticket proceeds. Organizers are responsible for their own ticket terms, taxes, buyer refunds, and applicable consumer obligations. Bigtop provides registration pages and event tools; it does not guarantee attendance, sales, conversions, or any particular audience size.
Acceptable Use
Bigtop hosts your events. No deceptive registration pages, no spam invites, no ticket scams. Do not impersonate another person or business, distribute unlawful content, abuse registration forms, send unsolicited bulk invitations, or create misleading ticket offers. Bigtop may suspend access when necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. This applies to Bigtop subscription payments. Ticket proceeds collected through an organizer’s own Stripe account are governed by the organizer’s ticket terms and payment-provider arrangements.
Service and liability
The service is provided as described and may change as features evolve. To the extent permitted by law, Bigtop is not responsible for indirect losses arising from an organizer’s event, audience behavior, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
